Honor helps older adults and their families with everything they need to age comfortably in their own home. It’s is a tech-enabled home care service that delivers the highest quality care to older adults through their amazing Care Pros. Honor was founded in 2014 and has raised over $20M from A16Z, Homebrew, Max Levchin, Jessica Alba, and others.

Goal

  • Design offline customer onboarding materials
  • Design must collect client information necessary to open account

Insight

Honor’s main demographic consists mainly Baby Boomers. Readability and ergonomics are crucial, but delight and enjoyment are Honor’s special powers in the industry. In general, older adults dislike stereotypical stock photography. Object photography works well, as well as other visual metaphors and anchors.
